In need of a tasty (and homemade) movie night snack?? Try this amazing stovetop organic popcorn recipe!
-Organic popcorn kernels
-Organic sunflower oil
-Sea salt (fine ground)
-Organic black pepper
-Organic cayenne pepper
In a 3 quart saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil (or preferred oil) and just 3 kernels. Cover with lid and set temperature to medium-high. When first kernel pops, add 1/3 cup of popcorn kernels and cover lid. Gentle shake pan until popping stops. Pour popcorn in a bowl and season as desired. Christina uses 1/3 cup sunflower oil, a dash of sea salt, black pepper and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Enjoy!
