Where are you located?
Latch onto Health serves families throughout Charleston, SC and surrounding areas including Mount Pleasant, Summerville, West Ashley, James Island, Johns Island, and Folly Beach. While we don’t have a public office space, we provide in-home services and virtual support wherever you need us.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve the greater Charleston area, including all of Charleston County and portions of Berkeley and Dorchester counties. If you’re unsure whether we can reach you, just ask. We’re happy to work with you.
How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?
We typically respond within 24 hours, and often much sooner. For urgent or time-sensitive needs, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re known for our quick response times and last-minute availability.
